Safety & Reporting

Your safety comes first at Ms.Tutor Academy. Our lessons are online, and we want every learner, parent and tutor to feel safe and respected. If something doesn't feel right, please tell us. We take every report seriously.

If someone is in immediate danger

Contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.

Reach us privately

Please tell us the date, the username of the tutor or learner, and what happened. You don't need proof. Please don't send passwords or payment card details. There are no set support hours. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can.

What to report

  • A tutor asking for private payments, or for a phone number, address or social media links
  • Anyone recording, taking screenshots of, or sharing a lesson
  • Inappropriate language or behavior
  • Anything that makes you or your child uncomfortable

What happens next

We review every report. We may pause an account while we look into it, and we can remove accounts that break our rules. We treat reports as private and share them only when it's needed to keep people safe or when the law requires it.
