Yes. Ms.Tutor is a women-centered tutoring platform featuring female tutors. Each tutor is reviewed before being approved to teach on the platform.
To schedule a lesson:
- Sign in to your account and navigate to the “Teachers” section, which displays the list of teachers registered on the platform.
-Select the teacher with whom you wish to schedule a lesson and open their profile.
- To purchase a lesson, learners are required to complete the payment first and then schedule the lesson based on the teacher’s availability.
-Create Your Account: Learners and parents/guardians must be 18 years or older to create an account on Ms.Tutor. Register using your email address and verify your account through the link sent to your email.
-Complete Your Profile: Once verified, log in and complete your profile with the requested information, such as your phone number, country, and timezone.
-Add a Child Profile: Parents or guardians can create and manage profiles for their children through their adult account.
-Find a Tutor: Search for tutors based on your learning needs, subject, or course.
-Book a Discovery Lesson: Shortlist tutors and book a Discovery Lesson to experience their teaching style and determine whether they are a good fit.
-Continue Learning: Once you’ve found the right tutor, choose your preferred lesson option or package and continue your classes through Ms.Tutor.
Yes, teachers can conduct lessons using a mobile device. Ms.Tutor Academy is fully mobile responsive and can be accessed through mobile browsers seamlessly. However, currently, there is no dedicated mobile application available for the platform.
Tutor applications are reviewed before tutors are approved to teach on Ms.Tutor. Applicants are asked to provide information about their qualifications, teaching experience, subjects, and other relevant details.
The teachers can apply to teach using the below steps:
- Register on the platform using an email address and set a password.
- Complete the registration form by filling in the required details, including Basic Information, Subjects, Spoken Languages, and Resume.
- After filling in the required details, submit the profile for admin review and approval.
- Once approved by the admin, the teacher will be able to log in to the teacher dashboard and add their availability for bookings by learners.
- In case the profile is rejected, the teacher can update the details based on the comments shared by the admin and resubmit the request for review.
